At Urban Jungly, we want you to love your new look; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.

Affix Shipping Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it firmly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
